parasysh zhvillimin e shpejt\u00eb t\u00eb teknologjis\u00eb dhe shfaqjen e mediave t\u00eb reja, p\u00ebrdorimin dhe ndikimin n\u00eb rritje t\u00eb rrjeteve sociale n\u00eb ciklet zgjedhore, si dhe implikimet p\u00ebr demokracin\u00eb e qarkullimit t\u00eb informacioneve \u00a0jo t\u00eb plota, t\u00eb pasakta ose keqdash\u00ebse, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn online ndaj Llojet e reklamave politike me pages\u00eb jan\u00eb: shpalljet, njoftimet, videoklipet politike gjat\u00eb zgjedhjeve, videoklipet muzikore q\u00eb funksionojn\u00eb si himne t\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve n\u00eb fushat\u00ebn zgjedhore, transmetimet ose incizimet e mitingjeve, takimeve dhe ngjarjeve t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve n\u00eb fushat\u00ebn zgjedhore;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cMediat sociale\u201d<\/strong> jan\u00eb platforma t\u00eb bazuara n\u00eb internet q\u00eb mund\u00ebsojn\u00eb nd\u00ebrveprim nd\u00ebrmjet p\u00ebrdoruesve dhe brenda t\u00eb cilave ata mund t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb, ndajn\u00eb dhe shk\u00ebmbejn\u00eb informacione p\u00ebrmes komuniteteve dhe rrjeteve virtuale. Mediat sociale mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb, por nuk kufizohen n\u00eb Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, blogje, forume dhe t\u00eb ngjashme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;P\u00ebrmbajtje e pa sponsorizuar n\u00eb mediat sociale&#8221; <\/strong>\u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje q\u00eb krijohet nga p\u00ebrdoruesit n\u00eb koh\u00eb reale dhe publikimi i s\u00eb cil\u00ebs, pra promovimi, \u00ebsht\u00eb falas. Nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje e till\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton postime, foto, video, meme, \u201dhistori \u201d dhe t\u00eb ngjashme, t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrdoruesit q\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin mjete falas t\u00eb mediave sociale i p\u00ebrdorin p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrvepruar me p\u00ebrdoruesit e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb mediave sociale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Media online&#8221; <\/strong>\u00ebsht\u00eb media e bazuar n\u00eb internet me origjin\u00eb nga nj\u00eb burim i vet\u00ebm ose ueb faqe statike ku p\u00ebrmbajtja mund t\u00eb lexohet\/ndiqet ose shkarkohet n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet shfletuesve t\u00eb internetit dhe sh\u00ebrben p\u00ebr t\u00eb ofruar p\u00ebrmbajtje t\u00eb redaktuara q\u00eb arrin nj\u00eb audienc\u00eb t\u00eb madhe dhe q\u00ebllimi i t\u00eb cilave \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb informojn\u00eb, arg\u00ebtojn\u00eb ose edukojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Dezinformimi&#8221; <\/strong>\u00ebsht\u00eb informacioni i gabuar dhe i krijuar q\u00ebllimisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar nj\u00eb person, grup, organizat\u00eb ose shtet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Informacione\u00a0 q\u00ebllimkeqe&#8221;<\/strong> jan\u00eb informacione t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta, por keqdash\u00ebse q\u00eb p\u00ebrpilohen p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkaktuar d\u00ebm, shpesh duke p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb informacione q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb mbeten private.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Lajmet e rreme&#8221; <\/strong>jan\u00eb tekste t\u00eb pasakta, ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb sensacionale, t\u00eb krijuara p\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00ebrhequr v\u00ebmendjen, p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkaktuar sjell\u00eb n\u00eb huti, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mashtruar dhe\/ose p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar.
